Position Overview:

We’re looking for a remote Influencer Talent Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that influencer campaigns run smoothly from start to finish. You'll negotiate the best possible rates, secure campaign agreements, oversee execution, and strategize for the talent on your roster. You'll also proactively pitch talent to brands, work toward personal billing goals, and establish yourself as a go-to expert in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute successful influencer collaborations.
• Coordinate campaigns between influencers and brands, including tracking project orders, managing post dates, communicating campaign briefs, gathering analytics, submitting content for approval, and ensuring active links and codes.
• Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with both influencers and brands.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any content or posting issues.
• Think creatively to develop solutions that benefit both influencers and brand partners.
• Ensure influencers have all necessary information to create and deliver content on time.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, brands, and agency partners.
• Maintain accuracy in Asana and keep track of campaign progress.
• Stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and key influencers.
• Work collaboratively with the team while displaying professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Remain organized while being adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or a similar role.
• Passion for and deep understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing.
• Exceptional attention to detail, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• A self-starter with the drive to succeed and grow within the industry.

What You’ll Do:

As a Talent Management Intern, you’ll work closely with our talent managers to support day-to-day tasks and get hands on experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, and creator development. Tasks may include:

• Assisting with brand research and outreach
• Organizing creator campaign details
• Monitoring and tracking ongoing collaborations
• Preparing client-facing documents (e.g., media kits, recap decks, reports)
• Supporting inbox management and follow-up communication
• Assisting in campaign performance reporting and social analytics
• Sitting in on internal or client calls and taking meeting notes
• Client sourcing 

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong communicator with excellent organization skills
• Passionate about influencer marketing, social media, and digital trends
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple tasks
• A self-starter who’s detail-oriented and eager to learn
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), with bonus points for experience in Slack, Asana, or Canva
