What You’ll Do:
As a Talent Management Intern, you’ll work closely with our talent managers to support day-to-day tasks and get hands on experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, and creator development. Tasks may include:
- Assisting with brand research and outreach
- Organizing creator campaign details
- Monitoring and tracking ongoing collaborations
- Preparing client-facing documents (e.g., media kits, recap decks, reports)
- Supporting inbox management and follow-up communication
- Assisting in campaign performance reporting and social analytics
- Sitting in on internal or client calls and taking meeting notes
- Client sourcing
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong communicator with excellent organization skills
- Passionate about influencer marketing, social media, and digital trends
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple tasks
- A self-starter who’s detail-oriented and eager to learn
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), with bonus points for experience in Slack, Asana, or Canva
